Subscription
Monitrun offers a free tier for basic monitoring and a Premium subscription with expanded capabilities.
Plans
Free Tier
The free tier includes:
- Basic website monitoring
- Limited number of monitored sites
- Standard monitoring intervals
- Push notifications for status changes
Premium Subscription
Premium unlocks:
- More monitored websites
- Shorter monitoring intervals
- Advanced SSL monitoring
- Priority support
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Your Plan
- Go to Account tab
- Tap Subscription
- View your current plan details and available upgrades
Subscribing
- Go to Account → Subscription
- Choose a plan that fits your needs
- Tap Subscribe
- Confirm the purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase dialog
- Your subscription activates immediately
Subscription Features
Each plan displays:
- Plan name and badge
- Feature list with checkmarks
- Price and billing period
- Recommended plan indicator
Billing
Payment
All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase using your Apple ID payment method.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing Billing
Manage your subscription through iOS:
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Monitrun
Here you can:
- View active subscriptions
- Cancel auto-renewal
- Change plans
Refunds
All refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Monitrun subscription purchase
- Tap Report a Problem
- Select Request a Refund
Monitrun cannot process refunds directly as payment is handled by Apple.
Canceling Subscription
- Open iOS Settings
- Tap [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Select Monitrun
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Current Plan Status
View your current status in the app:

| Free | Using the free tier |
| Premium (Active) | Premium subscription is active and renewing |
| Premium (Expired) | Subscription has lapsed |
| Premium (Canceled) | Canceled but still within paid period |
